Official Accommodation

The Organizing Committee has chosen three hotels as the official accommodation for the participants of the Conference – My Place, Niški cvet, Konak DuoD. The booking for these three hotels may be done via the Organizing Committee. The payment will be made directly in the hotels upon the arrival in Serbian dinars or by credit/debit cards. The booking will be organized by the principle “first come-first served” and the participants will be able to file a request for the desired hotel in the Application Form.


Best Western Hotel My Place **** (Kej 29.decembar bb, +381 18 293 600, +381 18 525 555,

www.hotelmyplace.com) is a new hotel located on the left bank of the Nišava and in the vicinity of the city center. It is positioned approximately 2 km from the Faculty (or 20 minutes by foot). The hotel offers 4 single rooms, 20 double/single rooms, and 6 apartments, and on some floors smoking is allowed while on other floors it is not. Hotel parking space is available.
Current prices: 1/1 – 62 €, 2/2 84 € per night including breakfast.

Hotel Niški cvet *** (Kej 29.decembra br. 2, +381 18 297 700, +381 18 297 800,

www.niskicvet.com) is a new hotel on the left bank of the Nišava which is very close to the main entrance into the Fortress. The hotel is positioned on a distance slightly more than 1.5 km from the Faculty (or 15-20 minutes by foot). It offers 22 single/double rooms, and 3 apartments, and it is fully a NON-smoking hotel. Hotel parking space is available.

Garni Hotel DuoD *** (Kopitareva 7, +381 18 517 701, www.konak-duod.com) is a new hotel in the core of the city that is located in an alley which is known as Kazandžijsko sokače (Tinker’s Alley) and famous for abounding in coffee shops and restaurants. The hotel is positioned on a distance less than 2 km from the Faculty (20 minutes by foot). It offers 2 single rooms, 6 double/single rooms, 3 suites, and 1 half-suit. Some rooms are smoking and some rooms are non-smoking.

Panorama Lux is a hotel located 2 km away from the city center and 3.5 km away from the Faulty (approximately 45 minutes by foot). Hotel Panorama Lux has 5 exclusively furnished double rooms and 3 luxury suites. Another building with additional capacities (21 rooms) and contents is currently under construction, and will be available for use by the end of this year. Parking garage within the facility is provided for all hotel guests.
